摘  要:背景:近年来,以Biolox delta 为代表的新一代氧化铝基复合陶瓷(AMC)人工髋关节假体开始应用于临床。目的:观察AMC人工髋关节假体的初期临床效果。方法:2010年1月至2012年9月共收治人工全髋关节置换患者1160例1186髋,AMC组639例657髋,男217例,女422例,年龄15~79岁,平均47.2岁,采用AMC人工髋关节假体;对照组521例529髋,男241例,女280例,年龄20~83岁,平均53.1岁,采用纯氧化铝陶瓷人工髋关节假体。术后3、6、12个月及之后每年1次随访,随访内容为临床观察、影像学检查和髋关节Harris评分。结果:1160例1186髋全部获得随访,随访时间为3~21个月,平均13.3个月。AMC组末次随访的Harris评分为75~100分,平均96.3分;对照组末次随访的Harris评分为75~100分,平均95.3分。结论:AMC人工髋关节假体治疗髋关节疾病的近期疗效满意,但需持续关注假体碎裂的问题。Background: Recently, as the representative of a new generation of Biolox delta, alumina matrix composite ceramic (AMC) artificial hip joint prosthesis behas been used clinically. Objective: To observe the primary clinical result of AMC total hip arthroplasty. Methods: From January 2010 to September 2012, 639 patients (657 hips) were treated by total hip arthroplasty with AMC; and 521 patients (529 hips) treated with pure alumina prostheses served as control group. The follow-up radiographic evalua- tion and clinical Harris score were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All the 1160 cases were followed up for 3-21 months, averaging 13.3 months. Harris score at last follow-up was 75-100 in AMC group, averaging 96.3; and it was 75-100 in the control group, averaging 95.3. Conclusions: The primary clinical result of AMC hip prostheses was satisfactory; however, the broken ceramic liner needs a long-term follow-up.
