学报英文参考文献著者名问题探究--以社科学报为例

摘　　要：学报英文参考文献所要求著录的项目普遍存在主要责任者的著录格式不规范、题名差错、刊名著录差错,出版项、卷、期、页码著录的遗漏,著录用符号错误等问题。究其原因,主要是部分学报对英文文献的著录未加以重视,没有严格执行统一的国家标准和规范要求。为此建议:学报编辑应加强规范意识,把英文参考文献著录规范作为提高学报质量的重要工作来做;编校人员应熟练掌握英文文献的著录规则,提高编辑加工能力;作者积极参与有助于提高编辑质量和效率;学报应加大对英文参考文献著录格式要求的宣传力度。Some common problems are found in the recording of English references of journal of philosophy and social sciences as follows： non-standardization of the recording style of the main authors,errors in paper title,errors in the recording of journal title,errors of omission in recording publishing items,volume,issues,page of the journal and errors in the recording marks.The main causes for these problems are some journals do not take the English references seriously and do not implement the unified national standards and specification requirements.Therefore,the author suggests that the editors should strengthen their consciousness of standardization to regard the proper recording of English references as important work,the editors and proofreaders should be familiar with the recording rules of English references to improve their capacity for editing and processing.The authors＇ active participation in the proper recording of English references can help to improve the editing quality and efficiency and the journals should enhance the propaganda potency of the recording style requirements for English references.
