摘　　要：近年来,随着美国食品进口量的日趋增多,由进口食品导致的食品安全问题也不断增加。为了确保本国的食品安全,美国通过了《食品现代化法案》,以制定食品安全相关策略,促进全球食品供应链的规范管理,预防未发生并解决已发生的食品安全问题。中国作为食品出口大国,也需要对全球食品供应链的各环节管理加以重视,而美国食品安全战略背景下的全球食品供应链管理模式给中国提供了良好的借鉴。In recent years,with the increasing amount of American imported food,food safety problems caused by imported food are also increasing.In order to protect food safety,the United States has issued the Food Safety Modernization Act,made strategy related to food safety to promote the global food supply chain management and also to prevent food safety problems that get to happen and solve those that have already happened.China as a big food exporter,need to take all aspects of the global food supply chain management seriously.The global food supply chain management of the United States helps us find a perspective of the interpretation of the food safety strategy,which could provide us a positive reference.
