摘　　要：法莱绒面料手感柔软、细腻、不掉毛、易染色。采用新型扁平超细涤纶丝,在经编双针床上织制法莱绒织物,其生产工艺流程包括坯布准备、刷毛、预定形、缝边、染色、脱水、拉边、烘干、烫光、剪毛复定形、成品检验与包装等工序,文中介绍了工艺参数,指出了操作注意事项。Flannel-like fabrics feel soft, fine, no hair-slip, and easy dyeing. It is made from flat superfine polyester yarn, and is produced on double warp knitting machine. The production process of flannel-like fabric is introduced, including fabric prepara- tion, brushing, presetting, hemming, dyeing, dehydrating, edge stretching, drying, ironing, shearing and re-setting, product inspection and packaging. The process parameters and matters for attention are indicated.
