摘　　要：阐述了一款平幅连续染色联合机,包括均匀轧车、红外线烘燥机、热风烘燥机、烘筒烘燥机等各单元机和平幅冷却出布部件的主要结构特点和技术要求,并介绍了联机方案和控制措施。该机型对传统染色机的各单元进行了升级改造,能有效控制染色织物的左中右色差,同时大大节约能源,降低了生产成本,提高了操作方便性。A type of continuous open width dyeing range is introduced, including the main design features and techinical specifications of padder, infrared dryer,hot air dryer, cylinder drying machine, cooling and guiding device, as well as the combination scheme and process control method. Through upgrading and rebuilding of traditional dyeing machine, side-to-centre shading can be controlled by the new machine, energy consumption and production cost is lowered, and convenient operation is a- chieved.
