摘　　要：在图像数据库使用过程中,用户读取图像时,不希望只是读取一个个没有具体形象的名字,从缩略图中选择会更加直观,因此在建立图像数据库的时候,希望建立图像索引。利用双线性插值法构建缩略图,以缩略图作为图像索引,并对预生成缩略图和实时生成缩略图进行了对比研究,实验结果表明用户能够从中方便快速地选择自己想要的图片,同时采用双线性插值和预生成缩略图在某些时候会达到最佳的效果。During the using of image database, when the users readed image, they didn＇t want to read just a name with no specific image, and selecting a image from the thumbnails was more intuitive. So when building image database, the image index was hoped to establish. In this paper, thumbnail used as image index was constructed by using bilinear interpolation method the comparative study of the preliminary generated thumbnail and real-time generated thumbnail was completed. The experimental results showed that the users could choose images from the index convenient and swift, and when the bilinear interpolation and preliminary generated thumbnail were used at the same time would achieve the best effect.
