粉尘螨滴剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎伴哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察粉尘螨滴剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎伴支气管哮喘的临床疗效与安全性。方法:将60例中重度变应性鼻炎伴轻中度过敏性哮喘患儿随机分为接受常规治疗的对照组(n=30)和常规加粉尘螨滴剂的治疗组(n=30),治疗期2年,比较第12月、24月、30月的临床疗效及不良反应。结果:第12月时治疗组变应性鼻炎的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),第24、30个月时治疗组变应性鼻炎与哮喘的疗效均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);而两组不良反应在各时间点均无差异(P>0.05)。结论:粉尘螨滴剂联合常规治疗可提高儿童变应性鼻炎伴支气管哮喘的临床疗效,且无明显副作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effects and safety of children patient with allergic rhinitis and asthma treated by Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops. Methods： 60 children patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis and asthma were divided into control group （n=30） and treatment group （n=30） accepted the routine treatment and plus Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops for 2 years respectively. The clinical effects and safety were compared between the two groups at 12th month, 24th month and 30th month after treatment. Results： The clinical effect of allergic rhinitis in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group at 12th month （P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical effects of both allergic rhinitis and asthma in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group at 24th month and 30th month （both P 〈 0.05）. There was no difference in side effects between the two groups at every time point （all P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： For the treatment for allergic rhinitis and asthma, Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops plus routine treatment may improve the clinical effects and no obvious side effects.
