30例重度烟雾吸入性损伤老年人机械通气的“平衡”护理研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨重度烟雾吸入性损伤并发急性呼吸功能衰竭综合征（acuterespirationdysfunctionsyndrome，ARDS）老年人机械通气的护理方法。方法介绍30例重度烟雾吸人性损伤并发急性呼吸衰竭综合征的老年人机械通气的“平衡”护理方法。结果30例老年人都抢救成功。结论重度烟雾吸人性损伤老年人机械通气的护理方法与年轻人不同，必须根据老年人重度烟雾吸人性损伤后呼吸系统（respiratorysystem）的生理及病理的特点来制定。Objective To explore the ventilation nursing measures of severely smoke inhalation injury old patients complicated with ARDS. Methods The ＂ balance＂ ventilation nursing measures of 30 cases of severely smoke inhalation injury old patients complicated with ARDS were introduced and studied. Results All the 30 old patients were rescued successfully. . Conclusions The ventilation nursing measures of severely smoke inhalation injury elderly patients after burned arc different to that of the young people. The ventilation nursing measures must be made based on the physiological character and pathological character of old patients.
