老年直肠癌患者结肠造口患者生活质量影响因素调查研究

摘　　要：目的 对老年直肠癌结肠造口患者的生活质量影响因素进行研究进而为提高其生活质量提供依据。方法对60例老年直肠癌结肠造口患者其进行手术后3个月的生活质量情况进行研究。运用Logistic回归分析法来进实施因素分析。结果研究中的60例老年患者其生活质量的平均分为（28．15±2．24）；而经过调查和分析证明患者自身对于疾病的认识、患者对于治疗持有的态度以及家属的配合程度是影响老年直肠癌结肠造口患者手术后生活质量的主要影响因子。结论老年直肠癌结肠造口患者手术后的生活质量与多种因素有关，主要为心理因素。所以在有关的诊疗过程中应该为患者提供多方面的心理支持进而积极的给予护理干预，来提高其生活质量。Objective To study the influencing factor of life quality of elderly rectal cancer patients with colostomy, and provide bases for improving their life quality. Methods A total of 60 elderly rectal cancer patients with colostomy were selected and investigated with the life quality lasting for 3 months after the operation. Logistic regression analysis method was used to carry out factors analysis. Results The average score of life quality of all patients was （28. 15 ＋ 2. 24） ; and through investigation and analysis, awareness of illness, the atti- tude to the treatment, coordination degree of families were the main influencing factors. Conclusions The life quality of elderly tectal cancer patients with colostomy is related to many factors, mainly psychological factor. So in the process of diagnosis and treatment, the patients should be offered the psychological support and positive nursing intervention to improve their life quality.
