心理护理干预对喉癌手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 了解心理护理干预对喉癌手术患者的影响。方法对实验组46例喉癌患者术前用自制量表行心理评估，依据所存心理问题进行针对性心理干预。对照组46例喉癌患者仅进行常规护理。结果实验组46例喉癌患者术晨及术后的血压及脉搏水平稳定，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。且进行了心理护理的喉癌患者发生不良行为及并发症均较未进行心理护理的喉癌患者低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论心理护理干预能改善患者的心理状态，促进喉癌患者的康复。Objective To investigate the impacts of psychological management of laryngeal cancer patients. Methods A total of 46 patients with laryngeal cancer in the experimental group were executed psychological assessment through self - control scale and were intervened on the basis of their psychological question. Only conventional care was given to the control group. Results Blood pressure and pulse rate of 46 laryngeal cancer patients in the experimental group were controlled in maintenance level . There was statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Furthermore, complication and bad behavior of the experimental group decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Appropriate psychological intervention can improve psychological state and promote recovery
