摘　　要：目的探讨手术室的腔镜器械在实施细节管理前后的效果。方法本院针对手术室腔镜器械实施细节化管理。实施前后分别随机抽取200台腔镜手术作为实践研究的对象，针对医护人员进行工作满意度的问卷调查，同时对手术中器械出现的不良情况做统计，对比细节化管理实施前后的效果。结果实施细节化管理后，医护人员的工作满意度由82．5％升高到97．5％，零件缺失情况由1．5％降低到0．5％，器械不适用情况由16．5％降低到1．0％，准备差错由13．5％降低到2．0％。结论手术室腔镜器械细节化管理实践效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of the detail management for the endoscopy devices in the operating room. Methods A total of 200 cases of laparoscopic surgical were selected as research object before and after the implementation of the details management. A survey was carried between doctors and nurses about satisfaction of the work. At the same time, adverse situation was observed, the effects before and after the implementation of the details management was compared. Results After the implementation details management, the medical staffs job satisfaction degree raised from 82. 5% to 97. 5% , the missing rate of parts reduced from 1.5% to 0. 5% , the instrument not applicable rate decreased from 16. 5% to 1.0% , ready error rate decreased from 13.5% to 2. 0%. Conclusions The practice effects of the details management for endoscopy devices in the operating room is remarkable.
