Analysis of Intra-Tidal Variation of Sea Temperature in Jiaozhou Bay in Summer Based on Synchronous Observation

摘  要:基于2009年8月17~18日连续25h的21船同步海温观测资料,描述了胶州湾夏季海温的潮内变化特征。观测发现,夏季胶州湾海温自湾口至湾顶的差异显著(ΔT>2.0℃),潮内变化明显(约2.0℃)。海温潮内变化与年际变化幅度相当,这表明使用多船同步观测研究潮内及年际以上尺度变化非常必要,而在使用传统单船非同步观测资料时,需做潮汐订正。经验正交函数和热收支分析表明,海温潮内变化有显著的半日周期,与潮位变化呈明显的负相关关系,潮是海温和胶州湾水体热含量潮内变化的主因,而热含量的潮际变化则受到与黄海的水交换和太阳短波辐射的共同作用。另外,海温的水平分布还受到地形、岸线诱导的海流影响,涨、落潮时黄海水入侵的范围不同即为其主要表现特征之一。Based on the multi-vessels one lunar day-long synchronous sea temperature observation from Aug 17th to 18th,2009,the intra-tidal variation of sea temperature structure in Jiaozhou Bay(JZB) in summer is analyzed.The spatial-temporal variation of sea temperature can reach as high as 2.0 ℃ in JZB.Since the intra-tidal variation of sea temperature can be comparable to the inter-annual variation,the multi-vessels synchronous observations are essential for intra-tidal and inter-annual analysis of sea temperature,and the tidal correction becomes necessary when the non-synchronous data are used.Empirical Orthogonal Function(EOF) and heat budget analysis indicate that the temperature shows obvious semidiurnal period with opposite phase to the elevation.Tide plays a key role on the intra-tidal variation of temperature and heat content of JZB,while the subtidal variation may be influenced by both tide and short wave radiation.In addition,the horizontal distribution of temperature is under the influence of the seawater movement affected by topography and coastline,which features with the varying intrusion range of the Yellow Sea water.
