158例肺炎链球菌耐药现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解肺炎链球菌对常用抗生素的敏感性及感染现状分析。方法使用K-B法、E-test法,分析2011年1月至2012年9月住院患者检出的158例肺炎链球菌对常用13种抗生素的敏感性,根据患者年龄分为三组:≤20岁、21～59岁、≥60岁。结果 158株肺炎链球菌有135株来自于呼吸道,10株来自于血液标本。这158株可分为:≤20岁共20株、21～59岁共54株、≥60岁共84株。三组药敏情况对比可以发现,其中红霉素和阿奇霉素敏感率<5%;对复方新诺明的敏感率<30%;青霉素G的敏感率有所区别,≤20岁患者的敏感性明显优于其他两组。结论我院肺炎链球菌对多种常用抗生素的耐药性强,易发生于体弱多病、免疫力低下的老年人,临床治疗需结合患者的特点选择有效的抗生素,控制耐药的发生。Objective To investigate the infection status of streptococcus pneumoniae, and analyse the sensitivity. Methods To analysis the 158 streptococcus pneumonia＇s sensitivity to the 13 antibiotics from Jan 2011 to Sept 2012, using the K-B and Etest. According to the patient＇s age, we make them three groups： ≤20, 21-59, ≥60. Results The 135 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae were isolated from respiratory tract,and the 10 from blood. There are 20 strains in ≤20 group,and 54 strains in 21-59 group,and 84 strains in t〉60 group. Contrast to the three groups, the sensitivity of Erythromycin and Azithromycin less than 5%, the sensitivi- ty of Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole less than 30% ; the sensitivity of PeniciUin-G are difference, the group of 20 has an advantage to others. Conclusion The hadro-resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae in our hospital, which detect in the older of physically weak and hypoimmunity. The clinic should select the effective antibiot- ics, which based on the patients, differences, and the occurrence and prevalence of the drug resistant strains should be st rictly controlled.
