睡前中效胰岛素联合口服磺脲类降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的临床体会

摘　　要：目的观察睡前应用中效胰岛素联合口服磺脲类降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选择45例单用口服降糖药治疗失效的2型糖尿病患者,给予格列吡嗪及睡前加用中效胰岛素治疗,观察空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化及不良反应。结果睡前加用中效胰岛素治疗3个月后,FBG(空腹血糖)和2 h BG(餐后二小时血糖),HbAlc(糖化血红蛋白)水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.01)。结论对单用口服降糖药效果欠佳的2型糖尿病,睡前加用中效胰岛素治疗效果显著。Objective To observe the effects of the Combination therapy t with bedtime insuline and daytime oral bypoglycaernic in type2 diabetic patients. Methods 45 patients of type2 diabetic patients second- ery faliure to treatment with oral antidiabetic agents were treated by bedtime NPH insulin combined with OHAS for three months. Results The results show that there are significant decreases in FPG,2 hPG, HbAle com- pared to those in pre-medication（ P 〈 0.01 ）. None of hypoglyeemie cases occurred. Conclusion The Combination therapy t with bedtime insuline and daytime oral hypoglycaernicis are safe and effective in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
