摘　　要：目的探讨高分辨CT(High resolution CT,HRCT)对肺部空腔性病变患者诊断的价值。方法对24例肺部空腔性病变患者HRCT诊断资料进行回顾性研究分析。结果 HRCT对肺部空腔性病变患者的诊断准确率为91.67%。其中肺气肿诊断率100.00%;肺嗜酸性肉芽肿诊断率75.00%;肺淋巴管肌瘤病诊断率80.00%。结论 HRCT对诊断肺嗜酸性肉芽肿、肺淋巴管肌瘤病及肺气肿有重要价值。Objective To discuss of the efficacy of I-IRCT examination of the lungs of cavity lesions. Methods Retrospective analysis of diagnosis of HRCT data of 24 patients with pulmonary cavity lesions. Re- suits On the pulmonary cavity lesions in patients with HRCT, 91.67% accurate in diagnosing. Among them, the diagnosis of emphysema rate is 100%. Pulmonary eosinophilic granulonm diagnosis rate is 75%. Pulmonary lymphangiomyomatosis diagnosed rate is 80%. Conclusion On the diagnosis of eosinophilic granuloma of lung, pulmonary lymphangiomyomatosis and emphysema, HRCT have important value.
