丹参多酚酸盐对不稳定型心绞痛疗效及血清MMP-2的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丹参多酚酸盐治疗心血瘀阻型不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效并探讨其对血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)水平的影响。方法将80例心血瘀阻型不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为常规治疗组40例和丹参多酚酸盐治疗组40例,均治疗14 d,观察两组治疗前后心绞痛疗效、常规心电图ST改变、中医证候、血清MMP-2表达变化。结果治疗后丹参多酚酸盐组在心绞痛疗效、心电图、中医证候改善方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);且丹参多酚酸盐组的血清MMP-2水平下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐对心血瘀阻型UAP有良好的疗效,同时可降低MMP-2水平,稳定易损斑块可能是其治疗UAP的机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of salvianolate in the treatment of angina pectoris and the level of serum matrix metalloproteinases-2（MMP-2） in patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP） of heart blood stasis.Methods Eighty patients with unstable angina pectoris of heart blood stasis were randomly divided into salvianolate group（40 cases） and traditional medicine control group.Every group was treated for 14 days.The curative effect on angina pectoris,ST segment changes of ECG,changes in Chinese medical syndrome and the level of serum MMP-2 were observed before and after therapy.Results The symptoms of angina pectoris,ECG and Chinese medical syndromes were all improved more apparently than that in control group（P0.05）,and the level of MMP-2 in salvianolate group was more apparently reduced than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Salvianolate is effective to treat UAP of heart blood stasis,and lowing the expression of MMP-2,stable the vulnerable plaque might be one of the mechanisms to treat UAP.
