摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后出血的原因,为临床防治提供有效的方法。方法回顾性分析2005年6月至2012年6月淮北市人民医院泌尿外科行经尿道前列腺电切术后发生继发性出血22例患者出血的原因,并根据具体情况选择治疗方案。结果发现术后出血原因主要是围术期的处理等因素。22例患者经加大冲洗速度、大腿胶带牵引的力度及膀胱镜下再次止血等处理后痊愈。结论经尿道前列腺电切术后出血的原因是多方面的,术前、术中、术后依据不同情况准确的处理是预防术后出现出血的关键。Objective To investigate the causes of bleeding after transurethral resection of prostate,and to provide an effective method for clinical treatment.Methods The bleeding causes of 22 patients with secondary bleeding caused by transurethral resection of prostate from June 2005 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed,and the treatment protocols were selected by the diseases.Results The main cause of postoperative bleeding was the perioperative treatmen.Twenty-two patients were cured after expectant treatment.Conclusion The causes of bleeding after transurethral resection of prostate have many-sided,the correct processing preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative is the key to the prevention of postoperative bleeding.
