摘　　要：目的比较新的胎盘扫查切面与传统切面,探讨胎盘大切面的价值。方法采用新的超声胎盘切面,即垂直于传统的超声胎盘切面,观察和比较新老方法的区别。结果通过新老胎盘切面的比较,新方式获得的显示面积明显增大,信息量明显增多。结论新的胎盘大切面方法,操作简单,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To compare the new placental scanning section and traditional section,and to investigate the value of the large placental section.Methods New ultrasound placental section,being perpendicular to the traditional ultrasound placental section,observation and comparison the difference between the new and old way.Results Compared with the traditional section,the large ultrasound placetal section increased the ROI and its amount of information.Conclusion The new placenta section is simple to operate with certain clinical value.
