摘  要:目的研究芦丁对小鼠力竭游泳时间及对力竭恢复小鼠血清生化指标的影响。方法对40只小鼠以不同剂量的芦丁灌胃12 d,进行一次性力竭游泳,恢复20 h后,用超微量微孔板分光光度计测定小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)、尿素氮(BUN)和血糖(SG)的含量,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析LDH同工酶。结果芦丁中剂量组能显著提高小鼠游泳至力竭的时间(P<0.05),显著降低血清中AST、ALT活性、LDH同工酶总活性以及MDA、BUN、SG浓度(P<0.05)。结论芦丁可提高小鼠的运动能力,促进运动性疲劳小鼠的恢复。Objective To study the effects of rutin on exhaustive swimming time and serum biochemical indicators in swimming-induced injury model mice.Methods Forty healthy male mice were divided into four groups randomly,which were swimming control groups,swimming rutin low dose group,swimming rutin middle dose group and swimming rutin high dose group.The mice of rutin groups were injected through mouth with different doses but the same volume rutin.The swimming control group was injected through mouth with sodium carboxymethylcellulose in the same volume for 12 days.Mice rest for 20 h after they swam to tired,then they were executed and their serum were taken out to measure the level of ALT,AST,MDA,BUN and SG with ultramicro micro hole plate spectrophotometer and isozymes of LDH with PAGE.Results The result showed that the swimming time of the middle dose rutin group extended obviously,and the activities of GPT and GOT and the content of MDA,BUN and GLU and the total activity of isozymes of LDH were reduced significantly compared with the swimming control group.Conclusions The above findings suggested that rutin could decrease free radicals from lipid peroxidation after exhaustive exercise and increase the ability against sports fitigue and sports injure.
