摘　　要：目的评价氯霉素注射液与注射用炎琥宁配伍的稳定性。方法用高效液相色谱法同时测定氯霉素与炎琥宁配伍后0～6 h内的含量变化。结果混合溶液在6 h内含量无明显变化。结论氯霉素注射液与注射用炎琥宁可以配伍使用。Objective To evaluate the compatible stability of chloramphenicol injection and potassium sodium pehydroandrographolide succinate for injection.Methods The content change of Chloramphenicol Injection and compatibility potassium sodium pehydroandrographolide succinate for injection in 0-6 hours were simultaneous determined by HPLC method.Results There had no significant changes in the mixed solution within 6 hours.Conclusion Chloramphenicol injection and potassium sodium pehydroandrographolide succinate for injection can be used compatibility.
