摘 要:针对岔河集油田岔39断块的弱凝胶深部调驱体系进行了评价。开展了聚合物剪切前后弱凝胶体系成胶情况及老化脱水现象的对比研究。实验结果表明:弱凝胶体系经过高速剪切后,其初成胶时间由18 h上升到22 h;初成胶强度相差不大;稳定成胶时间都为72 h,稳定成胶强度由12 797 mPa.s下降到12 096 mPa.s,下降率为5.5%。开始脱水时间由100 d下降到90 d;完全脱水时间由392 d下降到140 d。室内优化后的弱凝胶体系成胶效果更好。驱油实验结果表明:弱凝胶段塞在0PV~0.08 PV的范围内,随着段塞的增大,采收率逐渐增高,但幅度不大。在0.08 PV~0.12 PV的范围内,随着段塞的增大,采收率急剧增高。但注入量大于0.12 PV时,随着注入量的增大,采收率基本不再上升。弱凝胶注入0.12 PV时,弱凝胶深部调驱比水驱提高采收率4.25%。先导性矿产试验结果表明:弱凝胶深部调驱在岔39断块有一定地驱油效果,17口油井中,见效增油7口(区域外见效1口),平均提高采收率1.4%。Some evaluation for the weak gel system of Cha 39 fault block of Chaheji oilfield are conducted and carry out some comparative study about the gelling and aging of the weak gel system between the unsheared polymer and sheared. Experimental results show that after the weak gel system high-speed sheared, its early gel time rise from 18 h to 22 h, the early gel strength has little difference, the stable gel time are both 72 h, the stable gel strength de- creased from 12 797 mPa ~ s to 12 096 mPa ~ s, a decline rate of 5.5%, the begining dehydration time decreased from 100 d to 90 d, the completed dehydration time decreased from 392 d to 140 d. The indoor optimized gel system has a better gelation effect. The oil displacement experiment results show that : within the range of 0 PV - 0. 08 PV, as the slug increase, the oil recovery gradually increased, but not much. Within the range of 0. 08 PV N0. 12 PV, as the the increase of slug, the oil recovery sharply increased. However, when the injection is greater than 0. 12 PV, as the the increase in the amount of injection, the oil recovery is no longer rising basicly. When the weak gel injection is 0. 12 PV, the weak gel deep profile enhanced the oil recovery of 4. 25% than that of waterflood. Pilot mineral test results show that weak gel deep profile have a certain effect in Cha 39 fault block, among the 17 wells,7 wells have the effective increase of oil(effective one outside the area), enhanced oil recovery by 1.4% on average.
