摘  要:针对目前声定位采用声传感器阵列所带来的系统结构复杂、体积较大的缺点,以奥米亚寄生蝇的听觉系统为仿生模型,详细分析了其生物学模型,并利用MATLAB对其力学模型进了仿真分析。结合仿生学,设计了一种新型MEMS声定位传感器。利用ANSYS对该传感器进行了声-结构耦合分析,分析得出,该传感器能够敏感声源入射角的变化,在声源频率为2597 Hz,在入射角在0-180°变化时,传感器两薄片的振动强度差的变化范围为-6.17 dB至5.8 dB。The novel MEMS sound localization sensor was designed to solve the shortcoming of current complex and large volume sound localization system, which results from the acoustic sensor array. In the process of the novel sensor designing, the auditory system of fly Ormia ochracea was taken as the model and MATLAB was used to simu- lation the biological model, the Ansys was utilized to analysis the acoustic-structural coupled-field also. From above analysis, the designed sensor has the ability to sensitive the changes of the incidence angle, when the angel of the sound source changes from 0 between 180 degree and frequency at 2 597 Hz, tween the two thin slices of the sensor changes from -6.17 dB to 5.8 dB.
