摘　　要：在上海世博会充电站换电物流模式的基础上,针对世博会期间运营中存在的问题,对充电站的换电物流系统和设备进行优化布局,提出了一种全新的充电站换电物流模式,解决世博充电站存在的物流技术问题,并对其中的关键设备做了详细的介绍。On the and aiming at the operation basis of the World Expo charging station problems during the World Expo period, battery replacement logistics model the original layout of the battery re- placement logistics system and equipments are optimized, a new charging station battery replacement lo- gistics system model is put forward, the existing logistics technical problems in the World Expo charging station are solved, and a detailed introduction to the key equipments in the optimized model is made.
