摘  要:减温水调节系统控制锅炉出口过热蒸汽温度,其自动调节性能对生产运行的安全性、稳定性和经济性有着至关重要的影响。过热蒸汽温度过高会导致金属管道寿命降低,严重时发生爆管事故;如果过热蒸汽温度低,将会降低全厂热效率。采用正交试验方法重新设置PID参数,取得了良好的实际运行效果。The temperature of superheated steam at the outlet of a boiler is controlled by the de-superheating water system. The excessively high temperature of the superheated steam will shorten, the service life of the metallic pipeline, and even cause pipe-bursting accident. On the contrary, the low temperature of the superheated steam will decrease the entire thermal efficiency of the plant. Therefore, the auto-control performance of the de- superheating water system exerts a critical influence on the security, stability and economy of production operation. Reinstalled the PID parameters of auto-control system for boiler' s de-superheating water by orthogonal experiment method, and gets good result in practical use.
