摘　　要：液压支架的结构件,在支架使用过程中对支架的工作性能起着重要的作用。其制造工艺直接影响到煤矿井下的安全生产。为提高特厚煤层放顶煤工作面液压支架结构件的制造工艺,从支架的备料过程,组点过程及焊接加工等方面,介绍了提高支架结构件制造质量的方法,经现场使用检测已取得较好的效果。The structure component of hydraulic supporting plays an important role on working performance of structure during operation process. The manufacture technics directly influence safe production at underground mine. In order to improve manufacture technics of extra-thick coal seam top coal surface hydraulic supportings, the methods that improve structure component quality are introduced from forearming material process, jointing process and welding manufacture. The on site operation shows good effect.
