摘　　要：将盘闸式紧链器应用于40T刮板输送机,根据40T刮板输送机的特点,通过改造电动机与减速器的连接筒,设计了一套适合于40T刮板输送机的阻链器。详细分析了其工作原理和特点,并验算校核了制动力矩。The tight chain device of disk brake type is applied to 40T scraper conveyor. According to the features of 40T scraper conveyor, connecting tube between motor and reducer is modified. The resisting chain device is designed to fit 40T scraper conveyor. The working principle and features of this resisting chain device is analyzed in details and the braking torque of the 40T scraper conveyor is verified.
