摘　　要：着眼于提高人才培养质量,结合国防科学技术大学办学实际,提出了以实践为主线加强创新人才培养的理念,并围绕实践育人的重要性、基本方法和工作思路进行了系统阐述。Aiming at improving the quality of talent development, this paper proposes the philosophy of using practice as the main line to improve upon the innovative talent development mode by incorporating the practic of the operation of a university. Furthermore, it expounds systematically the importance, the fundamental means and the working ideas of the practice - oriented education.
