野外驻训演习前青年学员心理健康状况调查及对策分析——以国防科学技术大学为例

摘　　要：野外驻训演习前保持士兵心理健康可以减少由心理障碍引起的非战斗性减员,使我军士兵在完成多样化军事任务中发挥更大作用。以国防科技大学即将奔赴某训练基地参加强化训练演习的青年学员作为研究对象,利用心理症状SCL-90量表,采取抽样统计进行心理健康状况调查,在调查结果的基础上提出心理应对方法和措施,对野外驻训前期的思想教育工作起到指导作用。Keeping the soldiers in good mental health can avoid the depletion of non - combat strength caused by mental disorder before the field training, and bring our soldiers＇ role into greater play in completing various military tasks. This paper makes use of psychological symptoms SCL -90s to investigate the young cadets who are going to take part in the intensified training on summer vacation, and apply sampling statistics to obtain the measures for psychological health. We hope to provide reference for our ideological and political work.
