摘　　要：由于飞行安全课程的特点和需要,案例教学因其独有的优势而备受重视。科学认定了飞行安全课程对案例教学法的需求,讨论了教学实践中应重点把握明确教学目的、精编匹配性案例、注重启发学员和改善教学组织四个关键问题,对后续飞行安全课程案例教学的完善给出了几点建议。Because of the characteristics and demands of the courses on flight safety, case method becomes more and more important and prevalent. Firstly, analyzed is the adaptability of case method for the courses of flight safety; secondly, the following problems are discussed： making the purpose of case method defeinite, designing and selecting suitable case, emphasizing the ehcitation and adjusting the teaching structure; finally, three suggestions are given for the way of case teaching.
