Q235钢负间隙精密冲裁与普通冲裁冲裁力的实验研究及模拟分析

摘  要:对Q235钢进行普通冲裁和负间隙精密冲裁实验,获得了冲裁力的变化曲线.通过Deform软件对Q235钢在普通冲裁与负间隙精密冲裁的冲裁过程中冲裁力的变化、冲裁件的损伤和冲裁件断面质量进行了有限元模拟研究.结果表明:用Deform软件模拟出的冲裁力比实验得出的冲裁力大;普通冲裁的最大冲裁力比负间隙精密冲裁的最大冲裁力小;负间隙精密冲裁可以得到更好的冲裁件质量.研究结果为生产应用提供了理论依据和实验数据,具有较强的指导意义和参考价值.This paper carried through fine-blanking with negative clearance processing experiment with Q235 Steel and obtained the relation curve of blanking force. And the changes of blanking force, the damage of workpiece and the quality of workpiece fracture surface in fine-blanking with negative clearance and common blanking have been simulated by Ddform. The result shows that simulation blanking force by DEFORM is lager than the actual blanking force, the maximum blanking force of common blanking are smaller than fine-blanking with negative clearance and the quality of fine-blanking with negative clearance workpiece is better. The re- searching result provides theoretic reference and the experimental data for the manufacturing application. It has instructive significance and reference value.
