摘 要:以麦尔登、立绒大衣呢和法兰绒产品的试生产情况为例研究了废弃羊毛纤维织物的染整工艺,并重点讨论了缩呢、洗呢、起毛、剪毛、蒸呢等关键工序工艺参数的优化.生产实践表明,这些优化工艺适用于批量生产,并能保证成品质量.Recycled waste wool fabric and opened waste wool fiber that can be allowed into the production of wool fabric, are not only valuable resources but also a means to reduce the environmental pollution that the disposition of waste wool fabric generates. A technological research is conducted in this paper on the production of wool fabric from waste wool fiber and an emphasis is directed on the closer examination on milling, washing, fuzzing and shering, decating as well as other key procedures and process parameter optimization. The feasibili- ty of the production can be tested after the trial production of model products and the result can be applied to bulk production so as to guarantee the quality of the finished items tailored to specification.
