摘　　要：目的对圈纹獐芽菜药材进行系统的鉴定。方法运用形态学、组织学方法鉴定药材性状、显微结构,用HPLC法测定其活性成分的含量。结果描述了圈纹獐芽菜的生药性状、横切面构造、粉末特征及理化鉴别的研究结果,含量测定3种成分均达到基线分离,线性良好。结论所得结果可为药材鉴定、质量标准研究及进一步开发利用圈纹獐芽菜提供理论依据。OBJECTIVE To engage in systematic pharmacognosy identification studies on Swertia cincta Burkill. METHODS The medicinal properties, and microscopic structure were studied by morphology and microanatomy, and HPLC was used to measure the content of active components. RESULTS Morphological, histological characters of Chinese folk medicine Swertia cincta Burkill were described and illustrated with line drawing. The content of three active components was successfully measured by HPLC. CONCLUSION The studies can provide reference information for further development, quality control, and identification of this crude drug.
