摘 要:目的分析广西不同产地钩藤植物不同药用部位钩藤碱的含量。方法采用HPLC法分别测定10批钩藤药材中带钩茎枝、无茎枝钩、无钩茎枝、主杆和叶的钩藤碱含量。采用Gemini C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(含2 mmol.L-1三乙胺,冰乙酸调pH7.5)(64∶36),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长254 nm。结果广西10个产地钩藤植物各个不同部位大部分可检出钩藤碱成分,钩藤碱的含量主杆>带钩茎枝、无茎枝钩、无钩茎枝>叶。结论钩藤植物不同药用部位大部分含钩藤碱成分,这为扩展钩藤植物的药用部位、充分利用钩藤资源提供了试验依据。OBJECTIVE To quantitatively analyze the rbynchophylline in different medicinal parts of Uncaria rhyTwhophylla from different habitats in Guangxi, provide experimental basis for great use of Urwaria rhynchophylla from different habitats in Guangxi, and provide experimental basis for great use of Uncaria rhynchophyUa plant resouces. METHODS HPLC method was performed to determine the amount of rhynchophylline in stem with hooks, hooks without stem, stem without hooks, stem and leaf of Uncaria rhynchophylla from 10 batches. Gemini C,s column(250mm×4.6mm,5 μm)was used with methanol -water with contain 2 mmol·L^-1 of triethyl- amine,a pH of 7.5 (64:36) , a flow rate of 1.0 mL·L^-1 as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS Rhynchophylline could be detected in most of the medicinal parts from Uncaria rhynchophylla of 10 hatches, and the amount of rhyn- chophylline was : stem 〉 stem with hooks, hooks without stem, stem without hooks 〉 leaf. CONCLUSION Most of the medicinal parts form Uncaria rhynchophylla contains rhynchophylline, which make the medicinal parts of Uncaria rhynchophylla was extended, and provide experimental basis for full use of Uncaria rhynchophylla plant resouces.
