摘　　要：移情在课堂教学中具有不可忽视的重要作用。教学移情艺术是指在课堂教学中,教师恰到好处地运用移情技术,设身处地地从学生角度出发,感知学生各种不同的需要和情感状态,及时调整教学策略,以促进教学活动顺利进行,最终促进学生身心和谐发展的教学艺术。教师应通过"以生为本,换位体验"、"用心倾听,理解学生"、"创设情境,促进移情"等方式,恰到好处地运用教学移情艺术。Empathy is extremely important in classroom teaching, and empathy skill refers to teacher＇s timely and proper application of the skill in the process of classroom teaching, in which teachers, from the very angle of students, strive to perceive and understand students＇ different demands and emotions, and promptly adapt their teaching strategies to promote teaching activities smoothly with the ultimate purpose of students＇ harmonious development physically and mentally. Furthermore, teachers should correctly and properly take advantage of the empathy skill by means of student-based role exchange, listening carefully for a deep understanding of Students, creating situation to promote empathy, etc.
