摘　　要：临床路径是保障医疗质量和医疗安全的有效途径,我部根据我院的实际情况,将知识管理方法贯穿临床路径的制订、执行、变异监控的全过程而开发设计的临床路径信息系统(CPIS,Clinical Pathway Information System)比缺乏与当前医院信息管理系统全面融合的临床路径信息系统(CIS,Clinical Information System),更有利于科学制定临床路径、减少医护人员的工作量、保证快速、高效临床路径信息的共享及反馈机制的建立。Clinical path is an effective way to protect medical quality and safety, our ministry according to the actual situation of our hospital, the knowledge management methods throughout the clinical path formulation, execution, the whole process variation monitoring the development and design of the clinical pathway information system （CPIS, Clinical Pathway Information System） than the lack of full integration with the hospital information management system clinical pathway information system （CIS, clinical information System）, is more conducive to the scientific development of the clinical pathway to reduce the workload of the medical staff, to ensure fast, efficient the clinical path information sharing and the establishment of feedback mechanisms.
