老年高血压合并脑卒中患者健康行为自我效能与家庭功能相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:调查老年高血压患者健康行为自我效能与家庭功能的情况,并探讨两者间的相关性。方法:对来院就诊的100例老年高血压合并脑卒中患者采用健康行为自我效能量表和家庭功能量表测量其自我效能和家庭功能,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析两者间的相关性。结果:老年高血压患者的健康行为自我效能和家庭功能得分分别为(59.75±16.61)分、(7.15±2.5)分,患者健康行为自我效能的4各方面均与家庭功能呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:制定有效的护理措施来提高家庭功能,从而改善其健康行为,提高生活质量。Objective：To investigate the situation of self- efficacy in health behavior and family function of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with stroke and study the correlation between them. Methods ： The self - efficacy scale and family function scale were used to measure the self - efficacy and family function of 100 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with stroke and the correlation between them were analyzed by using Pearson correlative analysis method. Results ： The scores of self - efficacy and family function of eld- erly hypertensive patients were（59.75 ± 16.61 ） and （ 7.15 ± 2.5 ） respectively and the four respects of self-efficacy in health behavior were positively correlated with family function（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The effective nursing measures can improve the family function of the elderly patients so as to improve their health behavior and the quality of life.
