摘  要:把国际标准与国内电子海图的技术实践相结合,通过各类海图数据源的集成,形成由海图、陆图、国际标准数据、外军数据、商用数据等组成的数字海图调用与显示平台,实现了不同数据源的管理、存储与查询。按照SIMS技术体系,建立了与数字海图相关的空间数据通用调显引擎,实现了多元海图数据的集成。为研制与海图相关的各类舰载、机载、导航等应用系统打下坚实的基础,为融合外版的电子海图提供了技术保障平台。According to the operational requirement of the army, together with the characteristic of weapons and equipments, it is very important to introduce digital chart technology to integrate various data sources of chart into an aeroamphibious ECDIS, which consist of CDC chart data, land-map data, IHO S-57 data, RS data and MapInfo data to realize consistency of manage, store and query of various data. This paper integrates the international standard of digital chart and internal practice of digital chart technology, and realizes an independent platform to display multi-source chart. According to the principle of maturity, simpleness, standardization, it parses data using OO method, and realizes the fusion of American troop' s DNC data and IHO S-57 model. According to the architecture of SIMS,it establishes a universal display engine related with digital chart. Based on quartic-bifurcate tree, it establishes SENC architecture of high performance to realize the management and schedule of spatial data of great capacity, and achieve the practicality of global data display. By encrypting all the data (vector and image) in this platform and binding the data with platform and hardware, it protects the copyright of data very well, and meets the security requirement of military data. This platform sets up foundation for developing application systems related with chart in ships, airplanes, navigations, and provides technology supporting platform for fusing overseas charts.
