中医药对舒张性心力衰竭患者的BNP和6min步行试验的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医药对舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)和6 min步行试验的影响。方法将160例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例和对照组80例。对照组予以现代西医标准化药物治疗,包括β受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)或合并利尿剂常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药汤剂口服。观察两组患者治疗前后血清BNP和6 min步行试验的变化。结果经过治疗后,治疗组BNP水平较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后6 min步行试验行走距离较治疗前明显改善,其临床疗效亦优于对照组。结论中药能降低舒张性心力衰竭患者BNP水平,明显改善6min步行试验行走距离。Objective To observe the impacts of Chinese medicine on plasma brain natriuretic pep- tide （BNP） and 6 min walking test in the patients with diastolic heart failure （DHF）. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of DHF were randomized into two groups,80 cases in a treatment group and 80 cases in a con- trol group. In the control group, the standardized medication of modern western medicine was applied inclu- ding beta blockers, calcium antagonists, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI） or angiotensinⅡ re- ceptor antagonist（ARB） , combined with the conventional treatment with diuretics. In the treatment group, on the basis of the treatment as the control group, the Chinese herbal decoction was added for oral administra- tion. The changes in BNP and 6 min walking test were observed before and after treatment for the patients in the two groups. Results After treatment, BNP level was reduced significantly in the treatment group as com- pared with the control group, presenting the statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment group, after treatment, the walking distance of 6 min walking test was apparently improved as compared with that before treatment, and the clinical efficacy was superior to the control group. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine reduces BNP level and apparently improves the walking distance in 6 rain walking test for the pa- tients of DHF.
