应用Pre-S1 Ag诊断HBV感染的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的通过HBV Pre-S1抗原检测,结合乙肝HBsAg、HBeAg与HBV-DNA检测进行比较分析,研究Pre-S1抗原作为诊断乙肝患者的血清标志物的可能性。方法用ELISA检测的HBsAg、HBeAg和HBV Pre-S1抗原,采用荧光定量PCR方法检测HBV核酸。结果相对于其他模式,"大三阳"的HBV Pre-S1抗原的检出率较高(89.32%),乙肝病毒DNA的copies也较高;在90例在HBsAg(-)、HBeAg(-)患者中,检出3例HBV Pre-S1抗原(3.33%);恢复期的3091例患者中也检查出4例Pre-S1 Ag(+)。结论HBV Pre-S1抗原可作为一种HBV感染血清标志物,HBsAg(-)并不能作为无HBV感染的指标,Pre-S1检测对于乙肝患者的诊断具有重大的价值。Object To explore the relationship between the detection of Pre-S1 antigen and the diagnosis of hepatitis B patients.Methods ELISA was used to detect the hepatitis B virus sAg,eAg and Pre-S1 antigen.Meanwhile,Fluorescence quantitative PCR（FQ-PCR） was applied for HBV-DNA detection.Results Compared with other models,the model of HBsAg（＋）,HBeAg（＋） and HBcAb（＋） has the highest positive percentage of HBV Pre-S1 antigen（89.32%）,which has higher hepatitis B virus DNA copies,there is a positive correlation between hepatitis B virus DNA copies and the Pre-S1 antigen.Conclusion Pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus can be used as a serum marker to detect hepatitis B virus infection,HBsAg（-） is not the only feature to judge whether patients infected by HBV or not,the Pre-S1 detection has great value in diagnosing the hepatitis B patients.
