摘　　要：目的探讨Sysmex XE-2100D血细胞分析仪白细胞分类和手工分类结果的差异,以验证该仪器白细胞分类结果的准确性。方法取Sysmex XE-2100D血细胞分析仪检测后未触犯推片规则的20份病人标本,重复检测2次。对每份标本分别制作2张血涂片,由两位有经验的检验人员进行人工分类,每张涂片分类200个细胞。比较仪器分类的平均值是否在手工分类结果 99%可信区间内,在可信区间内为合格。结果Sysmex XE-2100D进行中性粒细胞(N%)、淋巴细胞(L%)、单核细胞(M%)分类时合格率均为90%;进行嗜酸性粒细胞(E%)和嗜碱性粒细胞(B%)分类时其合格率分别为95%和75%。结论Sysmex XE-2100D血细胞分析仪进行白细胞分类准确性较高,对于未触犯推片规则的分类结果可以直接发报告。Objective To investigate the difference of leukocyte differential count between Sysmex XE-2100D hematology analyzer and manual operation.Methods Blood samples from patients were detected by Sysmex XE-2100D hematology analyzer and 20 samples that did not violate the smear rules were selected.These 20 samples were detected duplicatedly by Sysmex XE-2100D hematology analyzer and 2 blood smears were made for each sample.Two hundred leukocyte cells were differentiated in each smear by 2 professional technicians with manual operation.The leukocyte differential count results were compared between Sysmex XE-2100D hematology analyzer and manual operation by setting the 99% confidence interval as satisfaction standard.Results By using manual operation as reference,the passing rate of Sysmex XE-2100D hematology analyzer on neutrophil,lymphocyte,monocyte,acidophilic granulocyte and basophile granulocyte differential count was 90%,90%,90%,95% and 75% respectively.Conclusion Sysmex XE-2100D hematology analyzer has fine accuracy on leukocyte differential count.The results of leukocyte differential count detected with Sysmex XE-2100D hematology analyzer without violating the smear rules can be reported directly.
