21世纪雷锋精神研究的伦理反思

摘　　要：从伦理学的角度对雷锋精神进行深入反思,对于推动21世纪中国的思想道德建设有着重大价值。对中国社会现象的道德批判是必要的,但必须重视用雷锋精神这样积极的、正面的力量引导道德生活。为此,必须用道德理想与现实相统一的观点反思雷锋精神的内涵,用"应该"与"能够"、"信仰标准"和"操作标准"两对概念来解疑释惑。学雷锋活动要常态化,达到造就一代新人、形成良好社会风气的目的。需要法律的支持,需要反思道德和法律的内涵、道德治理和法律治理的关系。It is of great value to deeply reflect upon Lei Feng spirit from the ethical perspective for promoting the ideological and moral construction of China in the 21st century. Moral criticisms of social phenomena in China are necessary, while using such positive force as Lei Feng spirit to lead the moral life should be emphasized. The interpretation of Lei Feug spirit must be based on the combination of moral ideas and realities, meanwhile, the conceptions of ＂should＂ and ＂could＂, ＂belief standards＂ and ＂operating standards＂ should be used to dispel confusions and doubts. The activities of learning from Lei Feug should be nor- malized to achieve the purpose of creating a new generation and forming a good social custom. In the process, the support of the law is needed, and reflections on the connotations of morality and law, and relationships between the ethical governance and the legal governance are also needed.
