摘 要:工程伦理教育是现代社会高素质工程人才培养的重要内容,理工科大学应高度重视大学生工程伦理教育。本文从实践层面探讨理工科大学为主体开展大学生工程伦理教育的途径和方法,提出从广泛宣传,加大教师培训力度,提高教职员工对工程伦理教育的必要性和紧迫性的认识、构建组织体系,搭建大学生工程伦理教育工作平台、科学规划大学生工程伦理教育教学体系、构建大学生工程伦理教育"二课堂"体系、建设工程伦理教育网络阵地五个方面构建理工科大学生工程伦理教育的实践体系。As engineering ethical education is the major content of personnd training of the high quality engineering talents in the modern society, science and technology universities must highly value engineering ethical education of the students. This article, in the perspective of the practical level, probes into the means and methodology to initiate engineering ethical education with the science and technology students as the main body. It proposes a practical system for the construction of ethical education through wide propa- gating, enhancing teachers training dynamics, upgrading the cognitive sense of the teaching faculty and staff members for the necessi- ty of engineering ethical education and construction organizing systems, setting up the working platform for the engineering ethical education with scientific planning of the teaching system, and building up "ex--currieular classroom" educational systems and educa- tional network for the engineering ethical education.
