摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶与原位聚合技术,制备了不同纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO_2)含量的聚乙烯醇/二氧化硅(PVA/SiO_2)杂化薄膜。研究了纳米颗粒的引入对PVA/SiO_2薄膜热学和力学性能的影响。结果表明:SiO_2含量较低时只降低PVA/SiO_2结晶度,而含量较高时结晶度和结晶尺寸均降低;SiO_2的加入拓宽了PVA的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)范围,提高了PVA的热稳定性;PVA/SiO_2的拉伸强度、拉伸模量得到增强,而断裂伸长率则呈下降趋势。SiO_2质量分数为5%时,PVA/SiO_2薄膜的综合性能最佳。Polyvinyl alcohol/silica(PVA/SiOe) hybrid film materials with different nano-SiO2 content were prepared by sol-gel and in-situ polymerization technology. The influence of nano-SiOz on the thermal and mechanical properties of PVA/SiO2 was stud- ied. The results show that crystallinity decreases with the decreasing of content of SiO2, but both crystallinity and srystallite size decrease with the increasing of content of SLOE; with the addition of SiO2, the glass transition temperature(Tg) range of PVA/SiO2 is broadened and the thermal stability is improved. The tensile strength and tensile modu- lus of PVA/SiO2 are improved, but elongnation at break is decreased. The performance of PVA/SiO2 is excellent when the mass ratio of SiO2 is 5%.
