摘 要:熔融制备了聚丁烯-1(PB-1)/炭黑(CB)体系,研究了CB用量对PB-1熔融及结晶行为的影响。结果表明:CB显著促进了PB-1的结晶过程,其异相成核作用显著,CB质量分数为5.0%时成核能力最佳;CB质量分数在2.0%~10.0%时,明显提高了PB-1的结晶速率;但当CB质量分数为1.0%时,PB-1由亚稳定晶型Ⅱ向稳定晶型Ⅰ的转变速率变缓。The polybutylene-1/carbon black (PB-1/CB) system was prepared by melting and the effects of CB on the melting and crystallization behaviors of PB-1 were investigated. The results show that the crystallization process of PB-1 is accelerated by CB. The nucleation ability of CB is optimum when the mass ratio of CB is 5.0%. The crystallization rate of PB-1 is significantly accelerated when the mass ratio of CB is 2.0%-10.0%. But the transition process of crystalline from form II to form I for PB-1 is retarded when the mass ratio of CB is 1.0%.
