摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出成型的方法生产稻壳粉/PVC门条线,研究了机头温度、螺杆转速对挤出难易程度、门条线密度及其力学性能的影响,并优化了工艺参数。结果表明:机头温度175℃,螺杆转速10 r/min,主机功率8 kW时,门条线综合质量最佳。此时门条线的吸水率、低温长收缩率、低温宽收缩率分别为0.42%,0.15%和0.22%。The rice hull powder/PVC door frame line was produced by the method of twin-screw extrusion molding, the effects of hangpiece temperature ,screw speed on ex- trusion difficulty level, the density and mechanical properties of the rice hull powder/ PVC door frame line in the industrialized process were studied. The results show that the comprethensive performances of door frame line are best when the extrusion condi- tions are hangpiece temperature 175 ℃, screw speed 10 r/min and motor power 8 kW. The properties of door frame line, such as water absorption percentage, long shrinkage and width shrinkage rate under low temperature are 0.42%, 0.15% and 0.22% respec- tively.
