摘  要:通过不同冶炼方法得到了硫、磷含量有明显差异的40CrNi2Mo钢,研究了硫、磷在钢中的存在和偏聚行为,及其对冲击性能的影响。试验结果显示,硫、磷在晶界发生偏聚,随着钢中硫、磷含量的增加,硫、磷的晶界偏聚量升高。夹杂物对高温回火试验钢冲击吸收能量影响较大,而硫、磷的晶界偏聚是影响低温回火试验钢冲击性能的重要因素。Some 40CrNi2Mo steels with different S, P contents were produced by different metallurgy processes. The S, P grain-boundary segregation and their influence on impact property of 40CrNi2Mo steels were analyzed. The resuhs show that S and P segregate along grain boundaries and the more S and P in the steels contain, the more their segregation occurs. When the steels are tempered at high temperature, the impact property of the steels is influenced evidently by the inclusions. The more effect of the S, P grain-boundary segregation on impact property of the steels is correlated when the steels are tempered at low temperature.
