摘  要:利用万能试验机、光学显微镜、硬度计及摩擦磨损试验机检测了不同回火温度下堆焊材料的性能,研究回火温度对某微型车中间轴堆焊模具耐磨性的影响。结果表明:当回火温度为500℃时,堆焊层材料具有最大的抗拉强度,较高的硬度。堆焊层显微组织中碳化物颗粒均匀细小地弥散分布于基体,形成颗粒增强复合层,耐磨性最好。The properties of overlaying welded material at different tempering temperatures were studied by means of universal materials testing machine, optical microscope, hardness tester and friction-wear tester. The effects of tempering temperature on wear resistance of overlaying welded die of a mini car countershaft were researched. The results show that e welded layermaterial has the highest tensile strength and higher hardness when tempered at 500 ℃. The best wear resistance of the welded layer due to granular cementite dispersively distributes in the matrix as reinforcing particle.
