摘  要:以对家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)侵染具有较强耐受力,且综合经济性状优良为家蚕新品种选育目标,选择我国蚕区推广量较大的家蚕品种秋丰和白玉作为受体,用BmNPV耐受性基因载体品种N作供体,采用杂交技术将耐病基因导入受体品种,再用受体品种秋丰和白玉分别作回交亲本连续进行4次回交,纯合固定耐病基因,通过系统选育提高、稳定回交后代的综合经济性状,育成对家蚕核型多角体病毒病具有较强耐受性的新品种秋丰N×白玉N(定名为华康2号)。BmNPV对新品种的LC50为2.033×109个/mL,是原系统秋丰×白玉LC50值的12 115倍,新品种的耐病力显著增强。新品种的发育经过及丝质、茧质等主要经济性状与原系统相仿,万头收茧量、万头产丝量分别提高5.5%和9.6%,解舒丝长增加60 m,洁净提高1.1分,达到实用化的水平。Taking high tolerance to Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus(BmNPV) and excellent comprehensive economic characters as breeding objectives for the new silkworm(Bombyx mori) variety,Qiufeng and Baiyu,two of the most popular silkworm varieties in China’s silkworm raising areas,were selected as the recipient,and silkworm variety N carrying disease tolerance genes against BmNPV was selected as the donor to introduce the disease tolerance genes into recipient variety through hybridization technology.Then,the recipient varieties Qiufeng and Baiyu were used as recurrent parents to perform four rounds of back-crossing to purify and fix disease tolerance genes.Through subsequent systematic selection to improve and stabilize the comprehensive economic characters of backcross generations,a new silkworm variety Qiufeng N×Baiyu N(named as Huakang 2) with high tolerance to BmNPV disease was obtained.The resistance of this new variety to BmNPV disease was significantly enhanced.LC50 of BmNPV to the new variety was 2.033×109 mL-1,being 12 115 folds to that of the original system Qiufeng×Baiyu.The new variety had similar developmental duration,silk quality,cocoon quality and other main economic characters with the original system.Cocoon output per 10 000 larvae and silk weight per 10 000 larvae of the new variety was increased by 5.5% and 9.6% respectively.Length of non-broken filament was increased by 60 m and neatness was increased by 1.1 points,meeting the requirement of practical use.
