摘 要:用正交分析法分析矿渣粉、粉煤灰、引气剂、聚丙烯纤维和再生粗骨料5个因素对再生混凝土抗压和劈拉强度的影响,得出再生混凝土的最佳配合比。试验表明:粉煤灰和矿渣粉是影响再生混凝土力学性能的主要因素;随着粉煤灰掺量增加,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度和劈拉强度分别降低2.6%~8.8%和0.6%~4.7%,粉煤灰掺量30%的再生混凝土90 d抗压强度比28 d提高了49%;再生混凝土的强度随着矿渣粉掺量的增加呈增大趋势,抗压强度增幅为4.9%~8.1%,劈拉强度增幅为0.4%~4.6%。This paper researched the effect of mufti-factor (slag powder,fly ash,air-entraining agent,polypropylene fiber, and recycled coarse aggregate) on the compressive strength and splitting strength recycled concrete by the way of orthogonal test method,and the optimum mixture ratio of recycled concrete is determined by the same way. The results show that:the fly ash and the slag powder were the most important factors for the mechanical properties of concrete. The compressive strength and splitting strength of recycled concrete in 28 d decreases 2.6%N8.8% and 0.6%-4.7% by the rate of fly ash increasing, the 90 d strength improved 49% obviously compared with 28 d when the ratio of fly ash was 30%. The compressive strength and splitting strength of recycled concrete increased 4.9%-8.1% and 0.4%-4.6% respectively by the rate of slag powder increasing.
