摘 要:通过一系列的单因素试验,研究了氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂合成的最佳参数,并在最佳合成参数基础上添加黑液进行改性,合成了一系列不同黑液掺量的改性氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂。采用红外光谱对黑液改性产物的分子结构进行了表征,并对黑液改性产物进行净浆流动度、砂浆流动度、泌水率、混凝土坍落度等测试,结果显示,黑液添加量为18%的改性氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂性价比最高、综合性能最佳。The best synthesized parameters of tile amino sulfonate superplasticizer was studied by a series of single-factor test and added the black liquor on the basis of the best synthesis paramelers to modify and a series of the amino sulfonate superplas-tieizer with the different dosage of black liquor were synthesized. The molecular structure of the black liquor modified products were characterized by FT-IR and were tested by paste tluidity,morlar fluidity,bleeding rate and concrete slump. The resuhs show thai,the amino salfonate superplasticizer with the 18% amount of black liquor has the highest cost performance and the best compreheosive permance.
